Shopify's pricing page is showing visitors two different pay-yearly prices for the same plans. On October 19, 2026, ten back-to-back checks of shopify.com/pricing returned Grow at $79/mo and Advanced at $299/mo six times, and Grow at $89/mo and Advanced at $359/mo four times. Pay-monthly prices were the same in every version ($105/mo for Grow, $399/mo for Advanced), and Basic stayed at $29/mo yearly and $39/mo monthly. Our daily snapshots showed the higher $89/$359 yearly prices every morning from October 15 through 18 and the older $79/$299 prices again today, so the higher prices look like a price test shown to some visitors, not a completed price increase. Over a year, the gap is $120 on Grow ($948 vs $1,068) and $720 on Advanced ($3,588 vs $4,308).
Who it affects
Anyone signing up for or renewing Shopify Grow or Advanced on yearly billing, who may be quoted either price depending on which version of the page they see
One real update today out of four raw page diffs, and it corrects our October 15 report. Shopify's pricing page went back to the older pay-yearly prices this morning ($79/mo for Grow, $299/mo for Advanced), and ten back-to-back live checks returned both versions: six showed $79 and $299, four showed $89 and $359. Monthly prices were $105 and $399 in every version. So the higher yearly prices we reported on October 15 look like a price test shown to some visitors, not a finished increase, and we've added an update to that article. Slack's Enterprise+ price flipped back to "$45 per user / month" in our snapshot, the same rotating test we noted on October 18. Tinder's terms page served a Spanish-language copy, and Audible's plan page reshuffled its annual-plan wording again with no price change; neither is a real policy change.
