Cash App: Optional auto-sell of bitcoin to fund ACH debits
What changed
Cash App’s terms now describe an optional feature that, when enabled, automatically sells Virtual Currency from your Hosted Balance at the then-effective Conversion Rate to cover eligible ACH debit payments from your Cash App Balance. You may not get a separate notice before each sale; bitcoin price can move between the debit request and the sale; and you can turn the feature off, though pending sales may still complete.
Who it affects
Cash App users who hold bitcoin in a Hosted Balance and enable the feature for ACH debit payments
Squarespace: AI credits and Basic’s 2% store fee spelled out
What changed
The Squarespace pricing page now lists AI credit allotments by plan (Basic: 10 one-time; Core: 20/mo; Plus: 40/mo) and shows a 2% online store transaction fee on Basic, while Core and above advertise no online-store transaction fees. Listed plan prices ($25 / $39 / $65 / $139) and card rates were unchanged in the snapshot.
Who it affects
Current and prospective Squarespace website plan subscribers, especially anyone selling online on Basic or using built-in AI tools
Two real updates today out of five raw page diffs. Cash App added terms for a new optional feature that sells bitcoin from your Hosted Balance to cover ACH debits. Squarespace’s pricing page now lists AI credit allotments per plan and a 2% online-store fee on Basic. PayPal, Audible, and Wix also shifted in the snapshots, but those looked like email obfuscation, trial-button copy, and localization/DOM noise—not material policy or price changes.
