What changed

Canva's new Terms of Use took effect on October 30 and point to new Electronic Signature Feature Terms. Under them, Canva doesn't verify any signer's identity, bans the feature for wills, trusts, powers of attorney and deeds, and says it isn't an archive, so download your signed copy. Cash App's terms now extend saved checkout details to loyalty programs and in-store Square point-of-sale devices, and drop a rule that made tips come out of Local Cash. The other diffs were noise or already covered. Anthropic's pricing FAQ added a line about negotiated discounts, Audible and Mailchimp served the other versions of the pricing pages they rotate between, and PayPal's privacy statement now hides its contact emails behind an "[email protected]" placeholder. Social Security's Client Data System notice, which we covered yesterday, was published in the Federal Register today. PlayStation's terms page failed to load today because of an SSL error.
