Slack drops "24/7 support" from its plan table

3 changes · checked October 27, 2026

What changed

Slack replaced the 24/7 support row on its pricing page with "Success Plans": the free Standard tier targets a 2-business-day case reply, and faster help (1-hour or 15-minute targets) is a paid add-on sold through sales reps. 1Password's business terms add paid Professional Services and remove the clause that let customers cancel if setup failed (and still contain "[LINK]" placeholders). Notion's pricing page now lists paid-plan uploads as "Up to 5 GB" instead of "Unlimited" and drops "unlimited" from several rows.

Noise we skipped: Slack's Enterprise+ price flip, Squarespace's alternate layout, Todoist's billing-toggle text, Audible's plan-card reshuffle (same $8.99 and $14.95 prices), Mailchimp's price render, Venmo's navigation menu, Anthropic relabeling "Extra usage" as "Usage credits", and email addresses that PayPal, Shein and Cloudflare pages un-hid or reformatted. Roblox's terms page still blocks our fetch (HTTP 403).
