Spotify's two-month free trial ends; Premium is back to one free month

What changed

A quiet day: one small real update out of six raw page diffs. Spotify's US Premium page went back to "Try 1 month for $0" on November 1, the day its two-month trial offer (which we reported on October 20) was set to end; it's still $12.99 a month afterward and only for people who've never had Premium. The rest was noise: Slack's Enterprise+ price flipped to $45 again (it alternates with "Contact sales for pricing"), Shopify's, Audible's and Mailchimp's pricing pages served the other versions they rotate between, and Venmo's privacy page dropped its navigation menu. Four pages failed to fetch: PlayStation's terms (an SSL error for a third day; all of playstation.com is unreachable from our fetcher), Roblox's terms (HTTP 403), Microsoft 365's pricing page (a bot wall) and Fitbit's privacy page (HTTP 429, rate limited).
